Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY — No Proration (Illinois, USA)
1. Overview
- This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased for ChatReply services.
2. No Prorated Refunds
- ChatReply does not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period.
3. Cancellation Timing and Access
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after the current billing period ends unless you reactivate.
- You will not receive a refund for any portion of the current billing period.
4. Free Trial and Auto-Conversion
- If you cancel before your free trial ends, you will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan auto-converts to the selected paid plan and the first charge is non-refundable for that billing period.
5. Billing Errors
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate. Valid billing errors will be refunded.
6. Plan Changes
- Upgrades take effect immediately; charges for upgrades are not refundable.
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle; there are no refunds for the current period.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
- ChatReply may consider refunds in limited cases required by applicable law or where the Service was unavailable for a substantial portion of the billing period due to a verified outage directly attributable to ChatReply, at our discretion.
8. How to Cancel
- You can cancel anytime in your account settings at https://julius.ai/settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
